Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the product is received with physical damage. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

Return Window

You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your product.

Proof of Damage

To qualify for a return, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not physically damaged or if the return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product.
